While crushers are typically sourced from OEMs, Metatek Projects undertakes fabrication of crusher housings, support frames, liners, and discharge chutes for primary and secondary crushing units used in India’s mining, cement, and aggregate sectors.

We fabricate enclosures that minimize vibration, enhance structural stability, and withstand extreme mechanical stress. Our teams ensure precise alignment of openings for smooth integration with crusher rotors and shafts. All jobs undergo ultrasonic and DP testing to ensure weld quality.

We also fabricate protective guards, maintenance platforms, and side covers, complying with safety norms under Indian Factory Rules.
