Mr. Rohit Shah (Chairman Emeritus)
Mr. Rohit Shah is a Metallurgical Engineer and had started the company under name of Shah Alloys way back in 1991. He is one of the pioneers of White Metal Bearing in India and carries a deep technical knowledge and experience in this industry. Over the years he has developed many complicated products and has guided the manufacturing process to such a level that there have been practically no complaints ever from any customer regarding our products and supplies.
Mr. Rutvij Shah (CEO & Director)
Mr. Rutvij Shah is the young dynamic son of Mr. Rohit who has taken over the company to lead into a next generation enterprise. He also has more than a decade of experience in this industry and has successfully modernized the infrastructure as per the future industry requirements. He is also successfully positioning the company with more professional management and has a vision to make this company into a multi-product, multi-business enterprise.
Mrs. Charmi Shah (Director)
Mrs. Charmi Shah is an Architect and has rich experience in Civil Design for various clients as well as administration of the company. She is actively involved in the day to day administration of the company in various aspects
Mr. Tanmoy Adhikary (Business Advisor & Director)
Mr. Tanmoy Adhikary has over 25 years of experience in multiple industry and is a Management Consultant & Leadership Coach. He has in the past successfully turned around 3 companies in various domains. He advises the company on various aspects of business and is actively involved in management of the company.
Mr. Debrup Banerjee (Head - EPC Projects Division)
Mr. Debrup Banerjee is a Mechanical Engineering Graduate, who strives for excellence in whatever he does. He is a strong driver and leader in the company's project management business vertical, and carries with him more than 15 years of high quality experience in top notch EPCM houses in India. He is a dreamer and achiever, and a fine team builder, who cares for the company's customers with a positive attitude, as they are the pillars on which success rests.
